Leadership

The Adventures T.E.A.M. Staff serves right alongside you as will our Mexican ministry partners during your short
term mission.  This includes project supervision, meal preparation, ministry guidance, and translation.  We will not send you out at the beginning of the day and wait for your return. This gives you the confidence and time needed to minister effectively not only to Mexican nationals, but to your group as well.

While we have some preset dates for our Ensenada Short Term Ministry, we can also customize a trip just for your church or group.  Based on your goals and objectives, you tell us when you want to serve, and, schedule permitting, we will accommodate you. A short term ministry opportunity in Baja California can be as short as one day or as long as two weeks.

We leave the decision to the individual group leaders and pastors as to who is qualified to participate. We ask that each person be in good health, be willing to serve others in the name of Christ, and be flexible. Adventures in Life Ministry strongly suggests that young children attend only with their parents on family oriented trips.

Housing

We stay in established churches in Ensenada.  There is generally running water, flush toilets, and a concrete floor to sleep on.  We eat together, enjoying a great mix of American and Mexican food prepared by Hermana Rebeca and the AIL Staff.
